Do you sometimes feel that agile stops working as soon as you have to interact with your client? They seem to be stuck in the old and linear thinking and the “we always done it this way” world. This is not necessarily because they resist to be agile. Most of the time, they do not really understand what agile is. And to be totally honest with ourselves, often we contribute to their confusion as we interact with them in the old ways instead of role modelling the agile way of thinking and working. So how can you help them understand and embrace “being agile”? The answer - live and breathe agile in every interaction with our clients.
We will explore and discuss how you can apply agile methodology and concepts when communicating, meeting and collaborating with your stakeholders who are new to and struggle with being agile.
